This is me attempting to design a cover because I wanted to sit infront of the computer for a change. The title is roughly put together because at this stage all I really want to work out is the colour to have the title and text in book. I don't like black because it clashes with the idea of avoiding black ink. Purple works well with brown ink and does crop up in a few watercolours. What do you think of purple?

I think purple is a really nice alternative to the harshness of black. I really like the way you've made it so we see the city through the leaves - smart!
